Pasta, risotto, grilled meats, salads, byrek, grilled vegetables and desserts all pack cleanly. Whole grilled fish also travels if you are eating within twenty minutes; delicate crudo does not.
Everything goes in sealed containers with cutlery, bread and lemon on the side.
