Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krahu i Shqiponjës website and the reservation and dining services we offer at Bulevardi Hasan Tahsini, Sarandë 9701, Albania. By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Reservations are confirmed by email or telephone. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time; late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited seating.
• We may request a credit card guarantee or deposit for large parties, private events, and tasting menus.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to the deposit or a per-guest charge as disclosed at booking.

Menus, prices, and availability may change without notice due to seasonality and supply. Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering. While we take reasonable care to prevent cross-contact, our kitchen handles seafood, dairy, gluten, nuts, and other common allergens.

All prices are listed in Albanian Lek (ALL) and include applicable VAT. Service charge is discretionary. We accept major cards and cash. Payment is due at the end of your meal.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for behaviour that endangers or disturbs other guests or staff, including intoxication, harassment, or damage to property. Guests are responsible for personal belongings; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.

• You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt our systems, or scrape content at volume without written permission.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

The Krahu i Shqiponjës name, logo, menu descriptions, photography, and website design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without prior written consent.

The site may link to third-party services (such as maps or reservation platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. The courts of Sarandë shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
