Book for about an hour before sunset if you want photographs with the light. Order shared starters so everyone eats immediately, then whole fish and grills for the table.
Bring a cake if you have one — we store it, plate it and serve it at the right moment. If you would rather we handle dessert, baklava with candles does the job.
