Private dining questions
How many guests can you host for a private dining event?+
Our private salon seats 10 - 40 for an intimate dinner, and the full terrace buyout accommodates up to 90 seated or 140 standing for wedding receptions.
How far in advance should I book a private event?+
For May - September dates we recommend booking 3 - 6 months ahead. Off-season events (October - April) can often be confirmed within 2 - 4 weeks.
What is included in a private dining package?+
Every package includes exclusive use of your space, a bespoke tasting menu designed with our head chef, a dedicated captain, table linens, tealight lighting, and still and sparkling water. Wine pairings, floral styling and live music are optional add-ons.
Is there a minimum spend for private dining?+
Yes. Minimum spends vary by space, season and day of the week. Contact us and we'll share exact figures with your proposal.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?+
Absolutely. Share dietary notes when you inquire and our chef will build the tasting menu around them. See our allergens guide for how we handle the 14 major allergens across every service.
Do you host wedding ceremonies as well as receptions?+
Yes - ceremonies on the sea-rail followed by receptions under the lanterns are one of our most-requested formats. We coordinate the ceremony flow with your celebrant and hand you off seamlessly to the reception.
What is your cancellation policy for private events?+
A 25% deposit confirms the date. Deposits are fully refundable up to 60 days before the event, 50% refundable up to 30 days before, and non-refundable inside 30 days. Full terms accompany the signed proposal.
Can guests arrive by boat or yacht?+
Yes. Sarandë harbor is a 4-minute walk and we coordinate dockside pickup for yacht charters. Let us know your vessel's berth when you inquire.
