First Time at Krahu i Shqiponjës? Order This

If it is your first dinner at Krahu i Shqiponjës, do not overthink the menu. The kitchen does one thing very well: harbor-to-table seafood, cooked simply.
Start: the crudo tasting and a bowl of Ksamil mussels to share.
Middle: seafood linguine for one, and a whole grilled sea bream between two.
Finish: our semifreddo with local honey, two grappas.
Wine: a bottle of Vlosh Rosé if you want easy pairing across the meal, or a Kallmet if the whole fish is the centre of gravity.
That is the tasting we would build for a friend, and it is a great introduction to how we cook in Sarandë.
