Vegetarian and Vegan Dishes at Krahu i Shqiponjës

The vegetables in Sarandë this summer are extraordinary - tomatoes with real weight, small sweet peppers, wild greens from the hills. Our vegetarian menu leans on them hard.
Signature dishes: a wood-fired eggplant with tahini and pomegranate, a Greek-style tomato and feta salad, orzo with grilled zucchini and mint, and a saffron risotto that is quietly vegan (no butter, only oil).
For a vegan tasting we can build a full four-course menu with 24 hours' notice. Mention it when you book.
